Following the last walkabout surgery on the Hobbs Place Estate councillors have sought to deal with some issues raised by residents.
Emergency work will now be undertaken to make remedial repairs to 10 windows and balcony glass panels in the tower block and at Clinger Court.
Windows themselves will not be replaced as they are part of more general window replacement in July/August 2009.
In addition, graffiti located on walls next to the lock ups is to be removed this week.
